The original concept of the REAC Help Desk website was to provide an interactive forum where we could post the complete UPCS/REAC Dictionary of Deficiency Definitions and provide interactive discussion of this content.

Unfortunately, public response was underwhelming, except from spammers all over the world who try to exploit the vulnerabilities of this type of website.
